The only weapons allowed to be worn or carried publicly during the Convention will be knives or toy weapons obviously altered into science fiction or steampunk genres and not resembling real weapons. All knives and pistols must be sheathed and peace strapped at all times except for specifically staffed Convention Programming. Large weapons which must be carried should be very obvious in their costume nature and be approved individually by the ChairAlton, or the Convention Head of Security. These large weapons will be required to have an inspection sticker attached to them at all times during the convention.

Weapons specifically disallowed are swords of any type, bows and arrows, atlatls and darts or any weapon not peace bonded that is capable of firing any type of projectile except for at specifically staffed Convention Programming. This specifically includes water guns, silly string guns and the like, except for during specifically staffed Convention Programming with permission obtained in advance.

We will enforce this policy, and will require people who do not obey it to leave the convention without a refund.
